Rules

You shall be bound by the following terms and conditions once you enter the "iRP Contest". "Contest" on iresearchpanel.com "Site" owned and managed by Komli Media Private Limited "Komli".

How to Enter:

1. To enter the Contest the user has to successfully install the iResearchPanel's application ("iRP Application") that can be downloaded from iResearchPanel.com after filling our online form and participating in a quiz. Only those users who completely download, install and have the iRP Application running properly shall be eligible for the Contest.

Eligibility:

1. This Contest shall be open to citizens of India only. However, residents of the State of Tamil Nadu shall not be entitled to participate in the Contest.
2. Only those users who completely install and configure the iRP Application correctly shall be eligible for the Contest.
3. All winners will be intimated using the iRP Application, Komli is not responsible if the user uninstalls the iRP Application before he / she is intimated.

Selection of Winners:

1. Every successful 1,000th download of the iRP Application shall be eligible for a gift voucher of Rs 1,000.
2. In addition, a weekly prize winner shall be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the previous week. The participants shall be eligible only for the draw that immediately follows the day they successfully download the iRP Application.
3. During the first week of every month, one monthly prize winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All participants are eligible for every monthly draw as long as they have the iRP Application running on their computer.
4. Komli can stop the Contest and the draws without prior intimation to the users.The details provided by the users should be accurate and correct. On winning, all the details shall be verified by the iRP Application team and if any discrepancy is found, the user will be ineligible for the prize.
5. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted. Komli reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Winners are responsible for all taxes, registrations, and other fees and assessments, including any required insurance.

General Conditions:

1. Mere participation in this Contest does not entitle the users of the Site to win a prize. All decisions by Komli regarding selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
2. Komli is not responsible for any technical issues that might arise due to the use of the iRP Application or participation in the Contest.
3. Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction, unless stated otherwise in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the iRP Application ("User Agreement"). The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Komli.
4. Komli reserves the right at anytime, without previous notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions of the Contest or to replace, wholly or in part, this Contest by another contest, whether similar to this Contest or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
5. The prizes given under this Contest are non-transferable, non-encashable and any government levies/taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, Road Tax, Airport Tax, any Local Tax etc. arising out of the same will be borne by the winner. The prizes shall be delivered only after paying all applicable taxes. The payment for the cash prize shall be made via cheque after deducting the required applicable taxes.
6. The gift voucher and iPod prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. All service related issues/warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the iPod/issuer of the gift voucher.
7. The words and expressions used herein shall have the same meaning as in the User Agreement. The terms of this Contest shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the User Agreement.
8. Employees of Komli including their relatives, all other associate companies of Komli, sponsors of prizes, their respective advertising agencies or any other entity associated with this Contest shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest.
9. The prize- winner releases Komli of any liability arising out of any acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Contest or the User Agreement.
